Privacy & ordering

We collect your name, WhatsApp number, order details, payment preference and collection preference to prepare and manage your collection order. Payment is made at the counter; this website does not collect card details.

Your order details are available only to authorized staff and through your private status link. Keep that link private. We use essential browser storage to keep your basket and order link, and hashed network identifiers temporarily to limit automated order attempts.

Automatic WhatsApp messaging is not currently connected. If enabled later, order updates will require your consent and use an official WhatsApp provider. Following our public WhatsApp Channel is optional and separate from ordering.

Pickup times are estimates, subject to kitchen confirmation, workload and availability. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. For allergy or dietary questions, call before ordering; special instructions do not guarantee an allergen-free meal.

For privacy enquiries, access or deletion requests, email info@stonesfriedchicken.com. We retain order records for operational and applicable accounting obligations. A retention period must be confirmed by Stone’s before customer ordering launches.
